We dont know for certain what is missing, but the devs working on the update very hard to complete it has fast and without problems, that date is a nice assumption if everything goes well, if no issues appear.

The cave was moved to be behind a tree next to the construction site, where you meet Mindy. Go through the cave and then keep going right until you see a box that you can push down and use to get ontop of the other boxes to get the wrench
