el DEV no logró recaudar el dinero suficiente para poder vivir y dedicarse 100% a esto. Técnicamente no esta abandonado puesto que él dice que lo quiere retomar cuando su economía lo permita. Pero eso podría no pasar nunca.

You have to go in the desert, go in the top right and you'll find a Oasis with a weird guy and a building

In the attic. If I remember correctly, you need to get on the roof somehow (proly the ladder then jump on some rails). Enter through the front window.
