I've encountered the same problem in the past, I searched every nook and cranny and couldn't find the last page. I don't know if it's a bug that randomly happens... all i did was load a save file before the event and redo the event(a good thing that i saved before talking to asuka).

I had the same problem. So I tried asking other people, But a youtuber told me that the quest was removed from the recent builds.
